Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Richie, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

UAE Delivery

Standard Shipping: AED 20

Free Delivery on all orders over AED 300

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

GCC Delivery

(Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia)

Shipping Fee: AED 60

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT charges depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays including Eid and National Day
  • Richie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in GCC countries
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout — we are unable to redirect orders once dispatched
